Pole Follies is a weekly feature that takes the NASCAR Sprint Cup qualifying results and proceeds to mock mercilessly. Some jokes are obvious, some very obscure, but most of them will become understandable with continued reading.
Pole Follies features blatant author bias, unrestrained silliness, massive amounts of snark, terrible puns, and the occasional bout of total gleeful fannishness.
The management does not seek parity between drivers. It is entirely possible that your favorite driver is the management's most hated. Attacks on the author because of this will result in severe mocking and other disciplinary measures.
